General Terms and Conditions of Life4Style AG
1. Scope / General Matters www.hair-growth.ae is the online shop of Life4Style AG, headquartered at Mühlegasse 18, 6340 Baar, Switzerland. The present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) apply to all services provided by www.hair-growth.ae. The offer of www.hair-growth.ae is limited to the geographical area of the UAE. By placing an order, the customer expressly agrees to these General Terms and Conditions, which apply to all services of the online shop (www.hair-growth.ae) of Life4Style AG. Life4Style AG may change the www.hair-growth.ae terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments shall enter into force immediately upon publication.
2. Products and Offers The entire offer on www.hair-growth.ae is non-binding. Life4Style AG will make every effort to provide correct product descriptions, but these may nevertheless differ from the manufacturer’s description. Life4Style AG assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, and topicality of these descriptions. In any case, the customer is requested to take note of the specific product information on the product packaging prior to use. The product images and illustrations on www.hair-growth.ae may differ from the original, and the colors shown are non-binding.
3. Prices The product prices stated on www.hair-growth.ae at the time of the customer’s order are binding. Should there be an error in the listed price, Life4Style AG reserves the right to make subsequent price adjustments. If that is the case, the customer will be informed of this circumstance and can withdraw from the purchase within the period set by Life4Style AG. All prices are in AED including value-added tax and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Products are usually sent with our shipping partners free of charge to the UAE.
4. Registration Registration on www.hair-growth.ae is reserved exclusively for persons with full legal capacity. By placing an order, the customer guarantees that they are at least 18 years old, not under guardianship, and capable of judgment. There is no entitlement to admission to the online shop. The customer must provide the required data for registration completely and truthfully. The customer is responsible for updating their data.
5. Order / Conclusion of Contract The customer’s order is only binding once it has been confirmed by Life4Style AG by email. Life4Style AG is free not to confirm an order without providing any reason. By placing an order, the customer confirms the correctness of all information provided. Should the customer provide incorrect or incomplete information, Life4Style AG may withdraw from the contract. Life4Style AG also has the right to withdraw if the products are not available from the manufacturer. In this case, Life4Style AG will endeavor to find an alternative solution after consulting with the customer. If the customer has no need for this, there are no further rights and obligations for the two contracting parties.
6. Shipping Life4Style AG will be deliver to our customers within the UAE free of charge. Delivery periods are always non-binding, and delays in delivery shall in no case justify the customer to claim for damages or opt to withdraw from the contract. The customer is obliged to check the delivery immediately upon receipt and to return incorrect or defective deliveries to Life4Style AG within 14 days. All products not returned for these reasons will be invoiced. Life4Style AG exclusively supplies the geographical area of the UAE.
7. Transfer of Risk The risk passes to the customer as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the company carrying out the transport. If the shipment is delayed or becomes impossible through no fault of Life4Style AG, the risk passes to the customer upon notification of readiness for shipment. A transfer of the transport costs agreed in individual cases by Life4Style AG has no influence on the transfer of risk.
8. Payment Methods Customers can pay with PayPal, credit card (Master, Visa, and Diners), or advance payment. The payment process takes place via a secure SSL encryption technology.
9. Retention of Title; Offsetting; Right of Retention In the case of consumers, we reserve the right of ownership of the purchased item until the invoice amount has been paid in full. If you represent a business and are exercising a commercial or independent professional activity, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, we reserve title to the purchased item until all outstanding claims from the business relationship with the customer have been settled. The corresponding security rights are transferable to third parties. You shall only be entitled to offsetting if your claims have been legally established or are undisputed or recognized by us. Furthermore, you only have a right of retention if and insofar as your counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship. If the customer is in default with any payments towards us, all existing claims shall become due immediately.
10. Quantity Restriction Life4Style AG reserves the right to limit the quantities delivered for certain products.
11. Right of Return / Right of Revocation We guarantee a right to return on products bought from us within 14 days of receipt. The time at which the goods are delivered is decisive for ensuring the deadline. Returned products and packages are only accepted in good condition, i.e., undamaged, unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
We bear the costs for the return delivery by providing you with a free return delivery slip upon request. You can request the return delivery slip by e-mail (info@hair-growth.ae).
In any case, the customer is responsible for packing the goods to be returned so that they may be transported. Damage / loss of the goods due to improper packaging will be charged to the customer. If the customer hands over the goods to a transport company, the customer bears the risk for the safe transport of the goods. The transfer of risk to Life4Style AG only occurs once the goods have arrived at Life4Style AG.

If a gift from a certain purchase value is added to an order (GWP = gift with purchase), restrictions apply when the goods are returned. If the entire order is returned or if the new purchase value falls below the GWP requirement, the gift must also be returned. If the GWP is not returned under these circumstances, the value of the gift will be invoiced.
Intolerances or Allergies Life4Style AG assumes no liability for any allergic reactions or their consequences. If an allergic reaction occurs after using a product, this must be reported by the customer no later than 1 month after the purchase of the product (info@hair-growth.ae) so that the subsequent steps can be determined. We recommend taking pictures of the allergic reaction and/or having a medical certificate/allergy pass issued.
12. Warranty The warranty conditions of the product suppliers apply. These are included with the products. Life4Style AG provides no further warranty. The customer is required in all cases to contact Life4Style AG to clarify the type of warranty procedure. It is exclusively the right of the supplier to choose which warranties are given in the event of a warranty claim. In the case of appliances, a possible repair is always checked first. The customer alone enjoys any warranty services and cannot transfer these. Damages resulting from improper use, natural wear and tear or other influences that the seller is not responsible for are the responsibility of the customer and do not represent a warranty case.
13. Complaint Deadline Defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods. Otherwise, the goods shall be deemed to be in perfect condition and accepted by the customer.
14. Transport Damages Transport damage must be reported in writing within 5 days both to the carrier and to Life4Style AG. The customer bears the risk of transport damages, as far as he cannot transfer these to the forwarder.
15. Data Protection The regulations of our Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of these general terms and conditions, govern our data protection. Further information is provided in our Privacy Policy.
16. Liability Life4Style AG excludes, to the extent permitted by law, any liability vis-a-vis the customer for damages and consequential damages (e.g., as a result of accidents and/or injuries suffered regarding the products sold by Life4Style AG). Under no circumstances shall breach of contract, impossibility of performance, fault at the time of conclusion of the contract or in tort justify claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the contract.
A case of liability must be reported in writing to info@hair-growth.ae within 20 days of dispatch of the goods (handover of the consignment to the commissioned transport company); after this, any claim will be forfeited.
17. Applicable Law / Court of Jurisdiction The contract is subject exclusively to the Swiss Code of Obligations and other standards issued by Swiss legislation.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes with Life4Style AG is Baar, Switzerland – subject to deviating mandatory jurisdiction under federal law.
